Meet the Chef
Andrea Moretti
Hi! I’m Andrea, Chef and Owner of The Mellow Kitchen.
I was born in Rome and raised in many different places. I have been lucky enough to travel a lot during my life, maybe more than some could dream of, and every trip left a strong food impression in my mind.
Over time my passion for food extended, of course my roots are Italian and that’s what mostly inspire me, but I love Comfort Food in general. Mediterranean and Middle Eastern Food just overwhelm my tasting buds, and lately I developed an obsession with Cajun Food and Modern American.
I've been surrounded by good food & home cooking my entire life. I started cooking with my family at a young age and eventually went on to culinary school. After graduating, I worked for a few restaurants in the Lehigh Valley.
I owned and operated a Fresh Egg Pasta Factory and Catering Company in Northern Europe for about 10 years.
I started The Mellow Kitchen to pursue my passion for personal cooking. I'm so thrilled to be cooking meals for people in the Lehigh Valley either by Catering your unforgettable events or by coming to your house to give you a Full Private Chef experience that can hardly be found in a standard restaurant.
I also know how hard it can be for you to make a cozy, enjoyable, pleasant, and healthy meal for your family after a full day working so, let me help you to make your life easier by filling your refrigerators with planned weekly, homemade, nourishing meals.

What is The Mellow Kitchen?
The Mellow Kitchen is a Lehigh Valley based private commercial kitchen. We offer prepared meal home delivery to within 25 miles of our Easton based kitchen. This includes Allentown, Easton, Bethlehem, New Jersey and beyond. We also offer pasta making classes and personal chef services.
What is prepared meal delivery?
You can browse our website to select what meals you want. Pick from Italian Classics, Modern American, Breads, Sides, Soups and more. We prepare your food the same day we deliver it. There is a five day shelf life when stored properly. Just heat and eat!
When do you deliver the prepared meals to my home?
We deliver your order the day after you place it. We deliver meals Monday - Saturday and are closed on Sundays.
What does the personal chef experience involve?
We come to your home to prepare a meal for you and your guest. We plan meal ahead of time, based on our seasonal menu. Chef Andrea provides a night to remember - delicious food, cooking tips and his fun sense of humor.
What is the pasta class like?
